Agility Films, a dynamic film production company based in Redhill, Surrey, specialising in documentaries, branded content, and dramatic films, held a private screening of their latest short film, Wired, at The Light cinema in Redhill on Thursday, 16th May.
The film, a captivating blend of technology and suspense, was co-written and produced by Lee Mancini, Managing Director of Agility Films. The film was Directed by Will Jewell, starring a talented cast including Amy Beth Hayes, Polly Maberly, Fintan Shevlin, and Cerys Knighton.
It has been an incredibly exciting project to work on, with such an immensely talented cast and crew.
Local Marketing and Creative people throughout Reigate, Banstead, Redhill and Horley were invited to the event to celebrate the areas’ local talent in these fields and to showcase the range of work Agility Film has to offer.
The private screening of Wired was a resounding success. Prior to the screening, guests gathered in a meeting room to enjoy drinks and mingle with local creatives, business owners, and members of the cast and crew. The atmosphere was one of excitement and camaraderie as everyone prepared to see the latest film offering from Agility Films. Guests got the chance to meet and chat with the cast and crew members.
The 64-seater cinema was packed with an enthusiastic audience, who enjoyed the film in the comfort of The Light’s state-of-the-art facilities. Agility Films extends heartfelt thanks to Hash and the team at The Light cinema for providing the perfect venue and excellent service, ensuring the private screening was a night to remember.
Everyone in attendance was complimentary of the film, wishing it well on the film festival circuit. Wired has now been submitted to 38 film festivals around the world, and we eagerly await news on its progress.
