The Brief

Objective

Our goal was to support ESDAS in shining a light on the realities of domestic abuse – an issue that affects people of all backgrounds, often in silence. Through powerful storytelling, we aimed to create a campaign that humanises the issue, fosters empathy, and mobilises community action. ESDAS offers critical services including confidential advice, crisis support, legal advocacy, and access to safe refuge, all of which help survivors rebuild their lives with strength and dignity.

We were commissioned to produce a film that not only informs but also inspires change.

The Film

To tell this important story, our team worked closely with ESDAS staff and survivors, creating a documentary that is both raw and empowering. Real-life testimonies, expert insights, and an emotive soundtrack by Lauren Daigle come together to build a compelling and compassionate narrative that speaks to the heart.

The film premiered at The Light Cinema in Redhill to a full house of over 100 guests, including community leaders, stakeholders, and members of the public. The emotional impact of the screening was profound, sparking important conversations and deep reflection.

Digital Marketing

Key outcomes

To ensure the message reached beyond the cinema, we collaborated with Your Marketing Team to distribute the film and supporting assets across social media, YouTube, and awareness campaigns. The content continues to be shared widely, helping to foster greater public understanding and encourage those affected by domestic abuse to seek help.

Conclusion

This campaign is more than just a film—it’s a call to action. Agility Films is proud to have contributed to a project that is already making a real impact. We encourage everyone to watch, share, and help spread the message. Together, we can create a future where everyone feels safe, heard, and supported.
